is long indeed when it comes to the U.S. IRS.
Doug: That’s right. These agencies can do pretty much anything they want, and
it’s become very problematical. You could establish a safe deposit box in Russia,
and they wouldn’t be likely to cooperate with the U.S. tax authorities, but you’d
be at risk from their own bureaucrats with guns. I’d forget about Europe –
wouldn’t trust any of those governments.
Of the remaining possibilities, I favor Uruguay. Hong Kong might not be bad,
since the Chinese aren’t going to roll over for U.S. officials, and Thailand has
always been very neutral. Panama is a reasonable possibility. Canada is a
possibility. With the exception of Canada, these places have the advantage of not
getting a lot of American traffic, so it’s less likely that U.S. authorities will
bother with the time and expense it takes to bully a foreign power into
submission. Switzerland was well known and frequently used as a financial
shelter, and that’s why it became the focus of so much arm-twisting by various
tax authorities.
L: What about skipping the safe deposit boxes then, and going private? Would it
make sense to leave smaller caches in various countries with people you trust?
Doug: Yes, it would, but you have to watch out for the mistake W.C. Fields made,
of opening a new bank account in every new town he went to. After a while, he had
hundreds of bank accounts and forgot where they all were. You don’t want all your
eggs in one basket – but you also don’t want so many baskets you can’t watch them
all.
You’ve got to be thoughtful and innovative. The governments are changing the
rules, and you have to think of ways to keep ahead in the game. Think for
yourself and be independent.
And this doesn’t just apply to Americans. The U.S. government is the big problem
in the world today, but there are certainly other problems. The French and the
Germans, for example, are pressuring the Swiss in the same way that Americans
are...

The following are quotes from David Wilkerson's vision (author of the "Cross and the Switchblade") that he had in 1973. It was recorded in the book, The Vision, written in 1974. At this time, Wilkerson had only two visions. One was to go preach to the gangs in the streets, and his Vision of 1973.

I felt "called" to go back and read the book again. Because of my watching the financial channel daily and my reading about the present economic crisis/recession, I was literally shocked by his vision's accuracy concerning this last year's economy. The quotes I am sharing are from chapter 1: Economic Confusion

Note: All the below is directly from The Vision. (I will put any of my comments in parenthesis below) Remember, this was not taken out of the local paper. The Vision came from 1973!

Not only is the American dollar headed for deep trouble, but so are all other world currencies… It is not really a depression I see ---but a recession of such magnitude that it will offset the lifestyle of nearly every wage earner in America and around the world. (In the last 10 years, Wilkerson had another vision of l,000 fires in New York City that refers to this rioting in the New York and other cities in the United States. Personally, I hadn't heard anything about Wilkerson since The Vision. I always thought the burning in the cities would be from nuclear missiles, but I could see where rioting could be as likely.)

Social aid programs are going to be cut back and curtailed, and minority groups are going to be affected the most. Those cutbacks, along with the curtailment of many government projects, will cause widespread unemployment among these groups…
(This is already starting to happen. Can you see problems coming in California??? Any other states with financial problems???)

The United States to Be Blamed: …Politicians and businessmen in Europe and Japan will place the blame on Washington and the American bankers.

Leaders of the European Common Market will capitalize on this anti-American sentiment to establish a firmer power base and grip on world trade. The world's economic power base will shift to Europe.

There may be a full recovery from the coming recession, and there may still be another cycle or two of fat and lean years. Only God Himself knows the future--I have received only a hazy glimpse…

Beware: Hoarding Will Not Help-- It is not a time to hoard money because it will not provide real security. It is still possible that we can face the time when even government-insured savings will not be paid. The only real security is in land. Money that is hoarded will disappear like sand out of a bag with holes in it… I believe the advice is from the Lord. Don't buy anything unless it is needed. Avoid going into debt--at all, if possible.

On Pg. 54 Wilkerson mentions: The number one temptation for the last Christian will be prosperity. The Bible warns that in the last days many Christians will be halfhearted, rich, prosperous, and in need of nothing.
(Dependent on themselves, NOT their Father. Americans have a closer relationship with their careers and their money, or their materials…)

(I realize reading bits and pieces of the Vision may seem confusing. As I read the chapter, it seemed to be coming out of this last week's financial section. Wilkerson went on to write about other "last day" events: Weather changes, earthquakes, flood of filth, families struggling, and persecution. Amazing how things have changed since 1973…)

As for his original investigation of vaccines, I thought his 1990's book "Emerging Viruses" was helpful and well documented showing how AIDS was created in the lab, and most likely introduced either accidentally or intentionally by hepatitis B vaccine given to the gay community in the US and smallpox vaccine given to central African nations, in the 1970's.

They don`t. In fact, many believe that the epidemic was actually a vaccine reaction.

US Secretary of War Henry L Stimson reported that seven men dropped dead after being vaccinated. He also reported 63 deaths and 28,585 cases of hepatitis as a direct result of yellow fever vaccination during only six months of WW1. According to a report in the Irish Examiner, "The report of the Surgeon-General of the US Army shows that during 1917 there were admitted into the army hospitals 19,608 men suffering from anti-typhoid inoculation and vaccinia. Did the flu strain that caused the 1918 flu ever return?
Yes.
The 1918 `Spanish Flu` was first reported in an American military, Camp Funston, Fort Riley, in troops preparing for WW1 and receiving 25 vaccinations. According to the CDC, the same flu strain appeared only one other time: in 1976. This was again at a US army base, Fort Dix, and again, was seen in recently vaccinated troops, and only in them. The virus has not appeared anywhere else.

Patrick J. Carroll wrote a piece in the August 5, 2003 edition of The Irish Examiner recounting relatively unknown vaccine history. He claimed that a report from then U.S. Secretary of War Henry L Stimson verified 63 deaths and 28,585 cases of hepatitis as a direct result of the WWI yellow fever vaccination program of only six months duration. As several other sources confirm, it was this newly-concocted typhoid vaccine, as well as several other vaccines, that were mass disseminated to allegedly protect a "panic-stricken" world from the disease-infected soldiers returning from WWI battlefields that triggered the 1918 flu pandemic.

Following is an excerpt from Eleanor McBean’s eyewitness account as memorialized in Chapter Two of her book, "Vaccination Condemned":

All the doctors and people who were living at the time of the 1918 Spanish Influenza epidemic say it was the most terrible disease the world has ever had. Strong men, hale and hearty one day would be dead the next.

The disease had the characteristics of the black death added to typhoid, diphtheria, pneumonia, smallpox, paralysis and all the diseases the people had been vaccinated with immediately following World War I. Practically the entire population had been injected "seeded" with a dozen or more diseases

- or toxic serums. When all those doctor-made diseases started breaking out

all at once it was tragic. That pandemic dragged on for two years, kept alive with the addition of more poison drugs administered by the doctors who tried to suppress the symptoms. As far as I could find out, the flu hit only the vaccinated. Those who had refused the shots escaped the flu.

Other Problems Caused By the Flu

The shortage extended to gravediggers. The Cumberland Evening Times reported, “Several funerals may have to be postponed because grave diggers at Rose Hill cemetery are overtaxed. It was reported this afternoon that orders were in for ten graves to be dug, but one so far had been prepared.”

Coal production in the numerous mines in the George’s Creek Region fell off because the miners took sick.

At this point, the B&O Railroad, which had 1,000 workers out earlier now had 3,500 people – nearly six out of every ten railroad workers in Cumberland – out sick with the flu.
